"Really disappointed with this"
I was disappointed with this. It burned really harsh and made me cough way more than I expected, which kind of ruined the experience for me. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from HOUSEPLANT again.

"Frustrating ordering experience"
I tried to order a plant from the site, but it was such a hassle. The pages kept freezing and loading super slowly, and the cart was confusing enough that I wasn’t even sure if things were being added properly. They make it sound like the process is supposed to be quick and easy, but that felt like one of those vague promises that doesn’t actually hold up. After about 20 minutes, I gave up. Just not worth the frustration.

"Not really what I expected"
I ordered this after checking out the details on the site, but it wasn’t really what I thought I was getting. The size felt a bit off, the finish didn’t look the same, and the photos made it seem way nicer than it is. Maybe I missed something, but the description needs to be way clearer. Kinda annoying, especially for the price.

"I ordered a plant for my sister thinking…"
I ordered a plant for my sister thinking it would be a sweet little surprise, but it didn’t really come across that way. It arrived late, the box looked beat up, and the gift note I expected wasn’t included. Maybe it would’ve been fine if I were buying it for myself, but as a gift, it felt awkward and not very presentable.

"Color looked way different in person"
A friend recommended this plant pot to me, and I really liked the soft beige color it showed online. But when it arrived, it looked almost yellow instead, which doesn’t match my room at all. The photos feel misleading, so I’m disappointed. I wouldn’t have ordered it if I’d known the color was going to be so different.

"Arrived messy and a little disappointing"
I ordered a houseplant and, i was annoyed when it showed up. There were a few yellow leaves, one of the stems was bent, and soil was basically everywhere inside the box. Like, I get that shipping plants isn’t always perfect, but for the price, I expected it to arrive looking a lot better than this. It’s still alive, thankfully, so I’m not totally writing it off, but the whole unboxing was just messy and disappointing.

"My plant eventually made its grand entrance"
I ordered a plant from houseplant.com, and the delivery date kept moving around like it had somewhere better to be. I didn’t get any clear updates, so naturally I had to do the fun part myself and chase them for info. It finally showed up late, and the box looked like it had been through a small adventure. Safe to say I won’t be ordering from them again

"Looks nice, but the leaves do need some upkeep"
I like it overall, but just a heads up, the leaves do collect dust easily. It’s not a huge problem or anything, but because there are a bunch of individual leaves and little areas to get around, wiping it down takes a bit longer than I expected. I usually have to go leaf by leaf instead of just doing one quick swipe, so it’s more of a small maintenance thing than a dealbreaker

"Checkout was a mess"
I tried to check out a few times, but the page kept freezing and my payment just wouldn’t go through. It felt like I was being passed around with no clear fix, and after a while I just gave up. Frustrating experience

"Decent, but could’ve been fresher"
i mean, the order from houseplant showed up quickly, so that was a plus. The jar was sealed okay, but when I opened it, the buds felt a little drier than I expected. The smell was still there and it smoked fine, but for the price I was hoping it would feel fresher. Not terrible, not amazing either. I’d give it 3 stars.

"Didn’t last long 😕"
I ordered a houseplant and it looked decent when it arrived, but about a week later the leaves started getting soft and falling off. I followed the care card, so I’m not sure what else I could’ve done. For the price, I really expected it to last much longer. Disappointed and I probably won’t order from houseplant.com again...

"Damaged plant and way too many reminders"
My plant showed up damaged, which was disappointing enough, but dealing with support made it even worse. They just kept repeating the same responses without actually fixing anything. It’s been weeks and I still haven’t gotten a refund or a replacement. On top of that, the reminders and follow-up messages felt really aggressive, like they were pushing me to respond or move things along when they weren’t even helping. just a really annoying experience overall

"Shipping Cost Felt Misleading"
I was about to order a small houseplant, but by the time I got to checkout, the shipping was almost as much as the plant itself. I totally understand that plants need to be packed carefully, but it still felt like way too much. i felt a bit misled because the total cost wasn’t really clear until I was already far into the order. At that point, it just didn’t feel worth it, and I ended up not feeling great about the whole thing.

"Not exactly what I expected"
I ordered the medium plant thinking it would look somewhere close to the photos, but what arrived was small. Let’s just say it didn’t really give the “medium” impression from the listing. It’s a cute plant, but the size definitely wasn’t what I had in mind.

"“Restocking Soon” Apparently Means Nothing"
They kept saying it would be restocked soon, and then, surprise, absolute silence for weeks. Pathetic communication, honestly. If you don’t know when something’s coming back, maybe don’t pretend you do.
